Returns

30-day return window from delivery for items that arrive damaged, DOA, or materially different from the listing.

Contact us at info@abstractconcepts.us within 30 days to start a return. Include your order number and photos if the unit is damaged.

Approved returns: refund of the product price after we receive and inspect the unit. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Buyer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged from shipping.

Opened units that match the listed condition and work as described are not eligible for return just for change of mind (each unit is inspected and graded).

Warranty / condition

Units are sold as inspected and condition-graded. Battery age and runtime vary by unit; details are on each product page.

Manufacturer warranty may still apply on some units; we do not add a separate extended warranty unless stated on the listing.
